Registration

Go to the office and provide our staff with your information and your state issued ID to receive a bidder number. Hold onto this card, it will be very important later in the bidding process.

Preview Time

When you finish registration you can get a catalog which lists the items that will be in the auction (one catalog per bidding #). You can print them off at vailauctioneers.com. Preview times are from 9am-4:30pm the day before the auction and the morning before the auction starts. You will be able to look and start the vehicles until 12:00pm on the day of the auction. Note: It is best to come the day before the auction and take note of the items that you are interested in because you will not have much time the day of the auction.

Auction Time

Get up close in the auction or grab a seat, this is where it all happens. You will see each item or vehicle up for bid as the auctioneer announces them and any details about the item or vehicle before any bidding starts. Listen close so that you know exactly what you are bidding on. The auctioneer progresses very fast so listen closely.

Winning the Bid

When the bidding has ended the auctioneer will call out "SOLD." If you are the lucky winner, hold up your card and show the auctioneer your number so it can be recorded. (Remember if you win the bid the "lot" is yours to pay for) When finished bidding on vehicles please proceed to the office to pay and do all the necessary licensing work before 4:00pm so you can take your vehicle home.

Purchase the Lots

After the auction please proceed back to registration office and give them your bidder number. At this time you must pay for the item or "LOTS" that you won. Please read terms and conditions of sale on the third page of the catalog.

Registro

Celebrara su tarjeta de postor hasta que el precio esta mas alla de su limite.

Ganar la Oferta

Cuando la licitacion haya finalizado el subastador llamara "VENDIDO." Si usted es el afortunado ganador celebrara su tarjeta con el numero para que pueda ser registrado. (Recuerde si usted gana la puja del lote es suyo para pagar) Cuando haya terminado de licitacion de los vehiculos dirijase por favor a la oficina a pagar y hacer todas las licencias necesarias de trabajo antes de las 4:00 pm, asi que usted puede llevar su vehiculo a casa.

La Compra de los Lotes

Despues de la subasta dirijase por favor a la oficina de registro y darles su numero de comprador. En este momento usted debe pagar por el articulo o los lotes que usted gano. Por favor leer los terminos y condiciones de venta en la tercera pagina del catalogo.
